“My first yoga class ever was at Meta in Breckenridge back in the summer of 2013. I attended at the request of our daughter who had just completed her teacher training in India. I was hooked on yoga after that first class. I have an unlimited pass and try to get to the studio 3 or 4 times a week. I travel a fair bit for work and have been to a lot of studios around the country but Meta is the best by far. Fantastic instructors, lots of classes in a beautiful setting.”

“In recent years, I have gone through a lot of changes with respect to my health. My experience at Meta has been extremely positive and has helped me to maintain a regular yoga practice. Initially, I was uncomfortable coming to yoga class as I felt that I was too out of shape and inflexible. The excellent teachers at Meta made me feel relaxed and confident that I could improve.
